White screwed us that inning

There was no way they were even throwing a strike to white last inning and he’s pressing and swinging at shite out the Zone and in the dirt and then blames the umpire m. He needs to grow up and be a leader by example man time and time again I see Him do this shite and hurt his team in these situations

His head wasn’t clear during that at bat. He tried to do too much to be a hero while the team just needs him to be a leader.

There are other internal issues happening on the team as well. They told Milazzo to step up and be a leader and he was basically like F you, I’m not even playing.

White may be the most talented hitter we have but his approach at the plate is selfish. I don’t buy the he’s just pressing excuse, he should be leading by example and not free swinging every AB!

Goodness some of you should never comment on baseball. It doesn’t make sense to walk him after they made a defensive change. He went to the plate with an approach that they would pitch to him right outside zone. He just needed a fly ball. The pitcher looked like he caught on and stayed there. It was some really good pitches even tho they looked way out the zone.

I didn’t say anything about always taking the first pitch, he just swings at way to much junk. Crews could have done last year what Tanks is doing this year but he took a more team oriented approach and Tanks and the rest of the team benefited from it!

White is awesome, but he should have walked after the mound visit prior to his 2nd to last AB. It was clear they weren’t pitching to him. Then they repeated the same thing his last AB. Hurt both times, because they just intentionally walked Jones. However, Pearson made em pay. Gg!

They were walking him but with just one out, thought he may try to be a hero and swing at terrible pitches. Well, they were right.

At the point, a fly ball wins the game. They were not going to give him a pitch he could hit out of the infield. He got anxious. Hopefully, he learns. If Bear wasn't behind him, he would probably have been walked intentionally. They couldn't walk Tommy intentionally because the didn't want to have to throw strikes to Jones.
