Will any of the freshman redshirt?

The fr not playing likely transfer to make room for the next class and incoming transfers

Any updates if any freshman are redshirting?

Depends on the program. Jay redshirted guys at Arizona that ended up getting drafted. Currently Tennessee starts 2 and sometimes 3 redshirt sophomores.

We didn't see it used much at LSU under Mainieri, but there are programs that use it effectively.

He seems to be the only position player redshirting.

On the pitching side, all of the redshirts are injury related.

Moffett is currently dinged up but expected to pitch in the next couple weeks I think.
