What time do they open touchdown village RV parking lots?

Last year we got there at “opening time” of 6 PM and lot was 3/4 full. What time do they actually allow parking to start? Thanks!

5:00 is the official time. Students "are supposed" to be out by 6:00. I have been getting my RV in between 4:00 - 4:30 without any issues this year.
