Received an email about this earlier. Says you’ll no longer be able to buy or sell pink sheets. Can anyone explain what happens to the stock I’m currently holding on to in the hopes of a rebound (thanks Ancient!)? If I’m holding do they get converted to cash somehow at a loss? Am i misunderstanding this? TIA

I think it's "pink no information".Whatever that means. Off to google

ETA: "The Pink No Information category is for companies that are unable or unwilling to provide disclosure of any kind to the public markets. They either provide no information to OTC Markets, or the information available is more than six months old."

Check the OTC markets site for any OTC pink you are interested in. It will give the reporting status. I currently have about a grand in a stock that is listed as "limited information" and has a warning about being late on reporting so I'm going to see if I can get an update from the company on their plans to get current because I was thinking about buying more.

It's a new SEC rule that will effectively shut down trading on these stocks after Sept 28th.
