But I can place an order for another trading session.
Anybody else on another platform seeing that?

I'm wondering if it's just Robinhood or is it a halt in trading due to world events

Why anyone still uses Robinhood after they blocked buys but allowed you to sell back in 2021 blows my mind

Get away from that clown "brokerage"

Why would you still use robinhood

Ok I’ll ask: if you had to move your money from Robinhood, and were a casual trader (very casual) like myself, where would you go?

I've personally never had any issues with robinhood after a long time now, but i also didnt get caught up in meme stock crap either which is what that stemmed from back then. I know a lot of folks abandoned after that, but other brokerages (not all) did something similar as well back then.
Just think people overblow everything with Robinhood and ignore any of the positives like im getting a 3% IRA match right now, and soon they will be coming out with 1% match on normal brokerage account contributions. I have no problem taking free money, even if it has some strings attached

I'm also getting 5.25% on my cash sitting there and will be able to get their 3% cash back on everything C.C. as well which will be the best catch all card out there basically once that comes out.

I would like to know as well. Very casual here, I just bought some stock for my son just for him to have and keep up with, not really looking for a return, more of a learning experience. We bought some Amazon stock through Robinhood.

If you’re a casual trader this shouldn’t bother you in the least. You don’t want your brokerage firm failing because a bunch of idiots are speculating on meme stocks on margin.
