I need to see item by item pricing. There might be some item that is not stocked anymore that is at an exorbitant charge. I don’t believe that every item has essentially quadrupled in price.

I could easily believe that our grocery bill is 33% higher than it was in 2019 or so, but nothing close to 4x.
I remember budgeting $250-275/bi-weekly back then. Those items don't cost me 1k now

There is nothing truthful about regular groceries quadrupling in price over the last 2 years. Come on man.

Bread is a big one that’s at least doubled. Salad is another one

I just checked an order from Jun 2021 on my own account. 24 items that cost $107 then are $129 now. 20.5% increase over 3 years.
It sucks, but it’s not 4x

I've used YNAB since 2018.
My grocery bill has gone up 24.09% from 2020 to 2023.

I saw that video and tried this earlier on an Albertsons order in August 2022 and it was actually cheaper today by around $10 mostly because the steaks were a little cheaper than two years ago.

FYI this kid hit the reorder button 3 times and that’s why on the second image he has 3 of everything in his cart. My job kinda revolves around Walmarts app. His bill still went up 10% which is cheeks, but this is a deceiving video for views.
