Wife and I are planning a major remodel to our home. Expecting to spend anywhere from $75K to $100K for materials.

What is the best credit card to have for buying stuff from Home Depot, Lowe's, Tile/Granite/Cabinet companies?

Currently we use a combination of Costco Citi, Chase Sapphire Reserve and Apple Card for our regular monthly expenses.

Assuming that you have the money to pay it off as you go, open the best two travel cards you can find and go nuts. You will have a great vacation lined up when you are done.

With lowe's, you also get 5% off along with getting points that could end up paying for other shite on the house too.

If you are paying it off as you go, I like Fidelities green card with cash back to go into a brokerage account.

(Now for the down vote portion of my post :-)

To buy more GameStop.

This sounds like the best deal. Plus, at Lowes, if you are military or a vet, you get 10% off.

Yes, will be paying off each month. There are certainly no plans to pay any interest, let alone credit card interest fees.

We already have Chase Sapphire Reserve. You saying just put everything on that card, or open new ones?

Adding an extra master bathroom/suite, redoing existing baths / kitchen, expanding into the front and adding a home office. Also the coastal state we live in doesn't help with keeping costs down.

Check out the bonuses on different Chase cards when you spend a certain amount. Chase has the 5/24 restriction but if eligible you can get a lot of points after minimum spend.
