Robinhood brought back 3% IRA transfer match

Until October 27th if you transfer your IRA to Robinhood you can get an uncapped 3% match with Robinhood gold ($5 a month). I did it last time they ran this offer and the money hits your account for investing right when your transfer goes through. It was very easy to initiate the transfer with Robinhood and they handled everything for me. To keep the full match you must keep it there for 5 years. Just giving a heads up if anyone is interested

This has been great for us. Received 10s of thousands just for moving brokers. No worries about trade delays etc since it's almost all in index ETFs and almost never trade just invest annual contributions. Process was simple.

Nope, current offer is 3% on IRA transfers/2% account transfers w $10k margin balance/ 1% on all brokerage. All uncapped.

Why all the down votes? I dont care for the interface and wouldnt use it if I was a trader but it's been well worth switching for tens of thousands of $.

It's an awesome thing if you have a IRA or two rolling around somewhere else. Even a $10k IRA would get $300 of free money there
