2025 Formula 1 Season Thread

The 2025 season is weeks away with livery reveal dates already being announced and testing quickly approaching. This may be the most competitive season we've seen in years. Will Lewis and Ferrari bring home the 8th? Can Max repeat yet again? Can Lando finally prove he can take on the big boys consistently?
The Grid
Red Bull Racing - Max Verstappen, Liam Lawson
Scuderia Ferrari - Charles Leclerc, Lewis Hamilton
Mercedes/AMG - George Russell, Kimi Antonelli
Alpine - Jack Doohan, Pierre Gasly
McLaren - Oscar Piastri, Lando Norris
Kick Sauber - Nico Hulkenburg, Gabriel Bortoleto
Aston Martin - Lance Stroll, Fernando Alonso
Haas - Esteban Ocon, Oliver Bearman
Racing Bulls - Isack Hadjar, Yuki Tsunoda

Launch Dates
All liveries will be revealed at the F1 75 season launch event on February 18th. However, some teams will still hold their own events as well. Those dates are below

Wednesday, February 26 – Day 1 – Bahrain International Circuit
Thursday, February 27 – Day 2 – Bahrain International Circuit

I never though I could dislike Ferrari more but then Lewis took a seat. Regardless, I can't wait for testing. Feels like the 2024 season ended a year ago.

So only two teams with the same driver line up as last season. Counting Lawson that’s 6 rookies. I predict a ton of safety cars this season.
The FIA has made a late move to restrict the flex of front wings. Red Bull are upset about this because apparantly they spent the whole off season designing a flexible front wing.

That’s a good article for sure but I can’t even be bothered with 26 yet when 25 is setting up to be such a huge year.
Besides making the cars smaller it seems everything else with 26 is the wrong direction.

A week or two ago I went to his patreon to see if he was still alive. He had a post from the day previous saying he was working on an epic video.
I figured he got tossed in the can, for calling fat people fat, but apparently not.
