As a bills fan that's bitch made

Don't dick around in the first half if you don't want the heat and humidity to get you in the second.

You can't have 500 yards of offense and get two TDs and win any game.

Phins need to go to buffalo in December so it's the same shite for them

Not sure if the players are technically employed by the organization or the NFL, but OSHA only applies to the employer. So in the case of the Bills, wouldn't the responsibility for shade be on the employer, either the Bills or NFL, and not on the Dolphins?

They do, and they did last season as well. It was like 17 degrees and 30 mph winds.

I typed that clunkily

I was saying they need to go to buffalo in December and they don't bitch about it

Bills fans complaining about the weather are pussy's

Don't let them hang around and it isn't an issue

The Bills have been playing the Dolphins in Miami for 56 years, and now the weather is an issue?

Correct, assuming they are employees, it's on Bill's management to provide for their players. If players are contractors with the Bills, then it's generally up to the contractor to provide their own safety, unless otherwise spelled out in the contract. IANAL, so I could be wrong, but I have a decent bit of experience with employees and contractors in regards to OSHA.

I like how you seem to be under the impression that the tweet in the OP is an official OSHA complaint form
