Technically speaking, yes, Pearl Moore scored more points overall than Caitlin. But because the NCAA did not include women's basketball at that time, her accolades aren't counted. All respect to her accomplishment's however.
But considering that she played D2, I would have a hard time calling her the best women's college player of all time. I'm not even sure Caitlin deserves that title considering she doesn't have a championship.
