they did say to be fair to him he had a ton of interviews to do that day

i think they should just avoid doing people that are only trying to promote stuff and doing the whole circuit of radio/tv interviews. the danica one was ok tho and they had to wait in line for her. maybe Dak is just a douche.

I got to imagine it's difficult to have an interview for every single episode. They probably do about 150 episodes per year. 50 of those probably have repeat guests. So, you need to fill the rest as best you can. So, having these promotions makes it a bit easier.

Up there with Addison Russel and AJ Green as their most hilariously awkward and terrible interviews.

Kareem might have been the worst and nothing in it was entertaining. Bill Walton was wasn’t an interview and was him talking to himself for 2 hours. Addison Russell couldn’t even answer a simple question. Addison Russell interview was so bad it was entertaining. AJ Green just couldn’t stop talking about Rocket Fuel during the interview and I remember them mocking him with questions about rocket fuel. It was more on Dak’s pr team that probably didn’t know how Pardon My Take wants to ask questions Dak normally never gets asked. The Pornstar question left Dak with some uncomfortable silence.

He was great on Pat McAfee’s show last week but PMT was pretty bad. Part of what makes them great to listen to is not taking everything so serious and just being funny. McAfee is similar but his interviews are mostly the normal topics for a guest. But when they do take an odd turn on his show they are great.
