I posted this in the other thread

quote:

Steve Nash reported Black Baby was just a wild rumor…and apparently Steve was not denying the rumor because he was the one actually cheating on his wife…I previously reported the Phoenix Suns guard had an affair with a 22 year old African-American girl…Here’s the scoop. “The baby is not black! His ex-wife did an interview with Arizona Foothills magazine, and included in the article is a picture of his ex-wife, his twin daughters, and his WHITE baby. The fact that he had an affair, and is still currently dating, a 22-year old is true.” It’s amazing how PR can spin a story…Nash was the guilty party and the teammate rumor was concocted to overshadow the fact he was cheating…At least now we can put this black baby rumor to rest

Just look at the freaking kid it's pretty obvious it's white. Unless she rented a white baby for the pic it's Nash's kid.

Dan Lebatard was telling this story on his show yesterday.

He didn't mention names, but did tell the story of a white NBA player whose wife gave birth to a black kid recently

Aren't black babies lighter when they are newborns? Also, throw in the fact that his mother is white, I still don't think the picture dispels the Jason Richardson rumor.

Yea but the whole dumbass story says she had the kid and Nash see it and instantly knows it's black. Jeez just think for a second what makes more sense that an athlete knocked up a chick on the side or that his wife got knocked up by a black teammate but the baby doesn't look black?

very true. You can't just tell from that pic of the baby is a halfrican or not. But I doubt she'd be posing for pics and doing interviews if it really were some bastard child

Article I read the other day, said Nash started dating his new chick after he broke it off with his wife.

What is true... what is true...

I wanna see Nash or Richardson actually comment on this

There was an old S.I. cover story about African-Americans in the NBA and "Where's Daddy?"

One of the rhetorical questions was...why does the black community fear Condoms? Something tribal about spreading your seed or something...AIDS workers passed out condoms to blacks in Africa and the guys cut the tips off and then put them back on? It was an interesting piece about culture vs. DNA - like Nash's black baby I guess.

Steve is a committed and loving father to all three of our children, and we continue to focus on their best interests and on providing them supportive and loving home environments. The decision to separate late last August was in no way related to the children, or Matteo’s paternity, said Alejandra Nash.”

I remember that article none of that shite about Africa was in there. That would be a stupid question relating it to athletes anyway. They aren't trying to get chicks pregnant and end up losing some of their paycheck for the next 18 years. If anything they have to avoid chicks trying to get pregnant by them.

Exactly, that's the point...and yet the rate of pregnancies is astounding compared to the rest of the population. Researchers are puzzled why the black male population is not using condoms.

On a study of mostly black men: "Rather than wear a condom to prevent syphilis, gonorrhea, or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), they would rather take a chance -- and deal with the consequences later, researcher Diane M. Grimley, PhD, chair of the Department of Health Behavior at the University of Alabama at Birmingham."

"Despite strong beliefs that condoms could be effective in STD prevention, many men were not motivated to use condoms consistently, Grimley reports."

"a number of studies involving ethnic minority men have shown that heterosexual men don't feel they need to use condoms. Even if they hear the message [to use condoms for STD prevention], they don't want to hear it.

"80% reported that most (African-American men) their age did not use condoms consistently."

Condoms prevent getting your teammates girl pregnant.

Jason Whitlock has extensively covered this scourge of illegitimate baby-mama culture in the black community but no one wants to hear it in this P.C. world.

It's the exact opposite of what you said. You think athletes are trying to spread their seed when it's the opposite in fact it's chicks trying very hard to get their seed for eventual payday.

Not fricking her prevents it too. Read the thread and you'll see the story is BS instead on wasting time finding unrelated stuff to indict Richardson.
