Baas rutten was a legendary pancreas fighter in Japan (no gloves) then came to UFC and became champion there too. He would have beat the shite out urlacher, he found who he was and apologized to him.

yeah, also these days fighting isn't really worth it even if you can kick the other guys arse because the pussy might just be dumb enough to shoot you and spend the rest of his life in jail (if they don't release him early).

He stepped on Urlacher's foot by accident and apologized.
Urlacher started acting like a little bitch about it.
Baas offered to by him a beer.
Urlacher responded "I don't need your beer, do you want to take this outside?".
Finally Baas had enough and said "Yes".
That's when the bouncers intervened and told Urlacher who he was messing with.
Urlacher then apologized.

People with nothing to lose love to pick fights with civilized people that have a lot to lose.
Because they know that even if the civilized guy is capable of kicking arse, he isn't going to fight for risk of flushing his career/life down the toilet via lawsuit/arrest/prison on some loudmouth loser.

Lots of people have responded to you, but Bas is legitimately a bad mother fricker in every sense. He’d have killed Urlacher. He’s got some bar fighting tutorials on YouTube that are actually pretty comical, but serve as proof that he’d probably have killed Urlacher that night. He’s a guy who is very well known for KOing people with liver shots lol. Probably one of the last people on earth you’d ever wanna be in a fight with.
