Forcing even the plaintiffs to go back and negotiate with the other parties involved after not caring about the roster limits as late as April 7th.

Unfortunately she seemingly cannot even agree on a single thing that would "harm student athletes" including trying to comeup with the idea that every new graduating class could file a new class action.

If I'm the NCAA I go to court and hold it up for the decade or so it'll take

Pretty perfect example why the judiciary shouldn't be making decisions on this

I do understand the point the judge has made, but a judge should not be able to alter terms agreed two by both parties, provided the terms meet the law.

With as much money and general public interest is involved, Congress needs to do something to get involved. Give the NCAA an anti-trust exemption and legislation that gives the NCAA the ability to have some level of reasonable rules they can enforce around rosters, transfers, and NIL without fear of having their asses handed to them in court.

We need to stop pretending they have rights. They have civil rights, however if they agree to play footballl for a university, that’s their own decision to enter into. No one has a “right” to play.
