LHSAA Power Rankings formula

I would like some information on the LHSAA Football Power Points/Ranking formula. I saw some information on much older posts but still had some questions on what factors into this formula.
If anyone has the formula that would be great! However, I also like the challenge of figuring out the mathematical equation as well.
Any and all information would help.
What I know so far...
-The winner of each contest earns 10 points.
-Each team earns one point for their opponents wins.
-A team that plays a higher classification team earns 2 points per classification difference. No points are lost for playing lower classification teams.
Some questions...
How are out of state teams classifications formulated?
How are Select vs Non-Select team games calculated?
Is there an overtime factor?
What else have I missed?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.

1. Whatever their enrollment would be in Louisiana is what they’re classified as. For example West Monroe beat 7A Private school McGill-Toolen in week 2. Their enrollment is 1100. So WM only gets credit for what 1100 would be in Louisiana.
2. Select vs Non Select doesn’t matter when calculating.
3. Overtime doesn’t matter
Win = 10 points. You add the opponent’s winning percentage and divide by total games. That’s it. They changed it to winning percentage so you were no longer penalized for playing teams with a bye week.

Winning percentage?
So no longer 1 point per opponents win? if a team has a record of 7-2 then their winning percentage would be .7777... or 78%? Would that be 7.8 points then divide by the number of games your team played?

Bump for an answer to the winning percentage calc.
In his scenario, you would get 17.8 points for a win over a 7-2 team?
And 7.8 point just for a loss to a 7-2 team?
