They may be out of the playoffs now too.

And yet we are told how they are relevant to the championship contenders almost every year when you need a VCR to see film of them winning their last championship

They should be. But hopefully they aren’t because that just gives Bama a better chance of sneaking in

lol. That’s hilarious. I will never understand their inability to win consistently.

They are a relatively small private university, with a small alumni base, a small fan base, and sub-par facilities.

Right, but even Wake Forest has won the ACC title game.

Pittsburgh has played for it twice (2021 win).

Miami’s program completely fell off the map after joining that conference.

The committee should absolutely pass on them in favor of any of the 3-loss SEC teams:
Bama, Ole Miss, South Carolina

Miami stands 0 chance with their godawful defense.

ETA Miami lost 2 of its last 3 games, missed their conference championship game and their best win is against Duke.

Damn that’s a pathetic resume in fact

no team that loses to both ga tech & syracuse in the same year should make the playoffs. I don’t care if they expand the field to 24 teams.

Yet, they are loaded.

Losing to Cuse may have taken them out of the playoffs and into the...Pop Tarts Bowl.

There aren’t 5 programs with more talent within 90 miles of campus, and there arguably isn’t a better campus with a major conference football program on it. They have super wealthy alumni and a history to sell. They have no excuse for being what they are playing in watered down league.
