Im perty sure throwing people over the line of scrimage would be illegal. But leave it to ole leach to use a technicality to bend a rule. Little people would face such disadvantiges the refs probably wouldnt care if they did this. Heck they would probably just stare in awe at a little man in a cape flying a few yards in the air for a touch down to beat alabama!
