A few years back, I worked at a private club at which Phil was a member. I had a few interactions with him that I found hilarious but others might take offense to. He was really, really big on pranking the shite out of employees, sometimes bordering on inappropriate (though not sexual, at least to me). I would not have batted an eye or been shocked if a female coworker had told me he whipped it out like a 7 iron.

Phil skated, Billy Walters paid in full.
