Such a bad look. He’s always been arrogant and confrontational regarding his guys but this is crazy. Never really realized how narcissistic he truly is

That opinion, while arrogant makes a little sense. I don't agree, but it's conceivable that he's a good evaluator.
What he actually said is that the NFL has no idea how to evaluate QBs. That's absurd.
