Was Butkers 60 yard FG last night the most impressive kick in NFL history?

I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more hype. It was 60.5 yards (60 yards officially), which isn't anywhere near the longest, but look at:
A. The wind (as evidenced by the flags atop both goal posts. It looks like he may have even been kicking into a slight wind and certainly dealing with a decent crosswind).
B. The height that it lands into the net
C. The pace in which it lands into the net
Using this overhead view of TSFKAA, it does appear that their endzone seating is closer to the field than most NFL stadiums, which reduces my initial calculation slightly.
However, through my analysis (along with a bit of Kentucky windage), my estimate is this kick would have been good from 70.87 yards away. Given the stadium, the wind, and the lack of elevation, I contend that this was the greatest FG in NFL history.

Saw that kick live last night
Agree completely - it was certainly against the wind with a crosswind blowing to the right watching the flags
He cleared the post by about 10 yards high and it hit the netting

They actively don't want that. It's the whole reason they changed kickoff and touchback rules in the first place.

Don't know about best ever kick but it was highly impressive. Seems every kicker in the league now has easy 65 plus yard distance. When did that happen?

NFL kickers have improved at a much faster pace these past 25 years than say MLB pitchers improved in 75 years. I've heard YouTube and easier access to kicking clinics / coaching cited as the reasons for kicking improvements.

You want to call it the greatest kick by giving it style points? Sounds like you are reducing football to "sports" like figure skating where it's scored by a panel of judges. I prefer scoring manly sports like football with hard numbers. 66 yards.

Tuckers' GW in Detroit versus Butker last night are the 2 contenders for most impressive FG in NFL history IMO.

First off, obviously the stakes were FAR higher for Tucker's kick. It was longer and the game was literally on the line. Make it and you set an NFL record and your teams wins. Miss it and your team loses. Tom Dempsey-esque. I get it, and I acknowledge that it was a more important kick by far. I will even concede that Tucker's GW was the "greatest kick in NFL history" (changed the thread title on OP to soften my point).
My argument is that Butker's kick last night was superior in terms of the actual kick.
Tucker: indoors on flubber
Butker: outdoors on grass in a swirling wind (going against him to some extent)
Tucker: good from 66 yards, not an inch more
Butker: good from at least 68 yards - likely closer to 70 IMO. And that's not even factoring in the crosswind (which hurts distance) and the slight wind in his face (which definitely hurts the distance)
Tucker: higher and less "drive"
Butker: Ball had tons of drive and momentum - actually hit the net with true force
Maybe I'm falling prey to the visual aesthetics of the way each kick landed, but I think not.

Very impressive. I think lots of kickers can hit bombs but really don’t get enough opportunities: a very deep kick has to be at end of game or half because the field position you’ll give up if missed
