What are the logistics of finishing Round 1 and starting Round 2 today? (Masters)

So do they keep the same hole locations for those finishing up round 1 holes and then between the round 2 start and round 1 finish cut the holes they were going to use for round 2?
Or do they just play the remaining holes from round 1 with the hole locations for round 2 and then play them again later this afternoon?
Anything else I'm not thinking of?

They change the hole locations in between rounds. They holes now are the Round 1 locations, then they will quickly change over to the Round 2 locations. Easier at the masters, where they all go off 1 tee and not split.

First group for round 2 teed off at 7AM.
Final group for round 1 started on hole 11.
Plenty of time to change hole locations

I helped that no one was on the front 9 to start the morning. So all of those holes have been cut for round 2 already. And as guys move through the back, the maintenance and greens crews (they have dedicated personnel for each hole) go to work cutting the new holes. It’s actually pretty straight forward.

They wil prob be finished with 16 of the holes already by the time last group of round 1 is finishing #18
