According to the Google, the last Niang is most closely associated with Senegal.

His look plus his name is certainly super confusing

I have a biracial cousin (white & black) that looks whiter than his white friends and Niang kind of gives me that vibe

FWIW, the 's' at the end of Georges was added because he was named after one of his father's best friends, who was originally from Africa.
I believe his father moved to the United States from Senegal when he was 18.
What's hilarious is that in an interview, he said he would have gone to Boston College had they offered him a scholarship.
The frick were they thinking?

His father is from Senegal (believe it or not but a mixed or even white person can be African). His morphology is just because his father is mixed senegalese and caboverdian and his mother white (French and Italian).
Labeling people is just not something easy and don't juge a book by its cover.
