Fully guaranteed contracts doesn’t mean you get to get outta contracts bc you made a bad decision on signing that player to that contract

Just tired of ridiculous payouts for poor performance.
I understand there was a contract signed.
Also understand that players decide to stop playing in the middle of “supposed” contracts because they want more $$$
