What's the record for most shutouts in one day in MLB?

There's been 6 today and a 7th game is 0-0 going to the 9th
That could make it 7 shutouts out of 15 games

To make things more bizarre, three of the other teams that lost only scored one run and FOUR of the teams that shut out their opponent today only scored one run. So 14 teams today scored zero runs or one run.
