Currently 9 seasons into his career and age 32
- 48.9 WAR
- 968 hits
- 296 home runs
- .286 career batting average
- .402 on base percentage
- .598 slugging percentage
- 1.000 OPS
- 170 OPS+
- 162 doubles
- 5 triples
- 646 RBI
- 48 stolen bases
- 16 caught stealing
- 646 walks
- 1157 strikeouts
- 27.39 Win probability added
- 56 DRS in the OF
- 7.2 UZR/150
- 16 Outs Above Average
These are current career stats, so low on many of the counting stars since he didn't play his first full season until 25. Lost a season due to covid then he has lost two seasons due to injury. He has played in 79% of his the games over his career (not counting his first season when he was called up and played only 27 games)

Hopefully he avoids jail time for setting fires.

Naw. He won’t add enough counting stats in the next 3-4 seasons to offset the decline in his OPS.

Can't get enough of these AJ99 threads now that Queen Cait is on hiatus

Yes.
He'll finish with 500+ HR and every 500+ guy (outside of steroid guys) are in.
He'll also likely retire a 10+ time all star, 5+ time silver slugger, ROY, 2+ time MVP, and a HR derby title. He'll get in rather easy if I had to guess.

He’s already 32 and doesn’t have 300 yet. Unless he does some bullshite playing partial seasons 10 years from now chasing the mark just to have it on his resume, he’s not making that mark.

If he doesn’t, just burn the HOF down.

He turned 32 at the beginning of the season and has 296 That's playing in 6.5 full seasons, a COVID season, and 85 AB his rookie year. He'll probably hit 10-15 more this year, then average ~40 for the next 3 seasons then find 70 more in his age 35-40 seasons as a DH.
Him losing 500 PA in 2020 cost him around 40-50 HR. I still think he hits that mark.
He'll also be a top 3 player in the sport for like 5-6 years which tends to get guys in. That, on top of the fact that he'll get the Yankee bump for All star games (I say this as a Yankees fan) will put him over whatever bar the gay arse BWAA decides he has to meet.

He will be over 300 this season, say he finishes with 315 after this season.
If he hits 40 a year for the next four he will be at 475 going into his age 37 season.
He is signed until he is 39. So at that point he only needs 10 home runs a season to cross 500.
Eventually his OPS/AVG/SLG/OBP will go down, his hope is raising it enough over the next two to three seasons to offset what he does in his declining years.
