Saw this last night. Great story. This may be a little late, but I highy recommend it.
What struck me the most is how Palmeiro still won't take full responsibility. The most he will say is that he takes responsibility, but only for failing to check what the other players were injecting him with. He said when he was with the Cubs, team doctors gave him B-12 shots. So he said he thought when Oriole players were injecting him with whatever, that it was still B-12. Nevermind that steroid shots look nothing like B-12. B-12 is a thin red liquid. Not one other person interviewed in the piece believes Palmeiro is being truthful. Clark pretty much said how did Raf not even suspect it because steroids were in every locker room then.
Oh, and Will Clark- what a swing he had. I remember seeing him hit a 420 ft HR off Nolan Ryan in his first MLB At Bat.

This remains to this day the dumbest excuse I've ever heard for anything. No one with an IQ over 55 believes that

I mean what's the point of coming clean now? Might as well keep on keepin on.

One of my most prized possessions is a bat that Will Clark used that was given to me by a friend who played in the majors. Got his handwritten initials on it and everything.

Will Clark is the GOAT. Dude was a true natural in the roid age. He should be in the HoF

Will The Thrill's 1st AB in the Majors
Can't imagine what that must have been like. Facing Nolan Ryan in your first AB. Then to hit a bomb off of him

My parents were at the game he hit that home run in. I slowed down the video and could spot my father. I was also in it when the showed a picture of his high school team

He batted over .300 11 of 16 seasons. Never batted below .283. Batted above 300 the last six seasons he played, including .326 his final season with 21 HRs. Really did not play a full season that year (130 games). The show said he just wanted to spend more time with his kids.

He later said he pointed to his parents.

And he had some elbow issues

Oh yeah, that's right. Rare to see a player hang it up while still near the top of his game. He was smart. Saw him shopping at Lowes a few weeks ago.

Yeah, my dad still talks to him every now and then, not as often as in the past but he still keeps me posted om what's going on with Will

Sweet swing. I used to shag flies when he took BP at Lake Castle School on Haynes before he hit the pros.

that whole tejas team was roided out of their gourds
It's amazing how little heat, Pudge gets, he was one of the worst juicers on the team. The change his body went, from normal catcher to mini hulk, to bean pole who had warning track power. lol

With Barry Butera I assume?
Barry, with Clendon pitching I think. I'm not sure when Clendon died.

The old shot of B-12. Something no one would ever need unless you have a B-12 deficiency. shite cracks me up
