Watching the Military Bowl and these two are calling it.
1. Female announcers should never call football games.
2. I can't stand Joey Galloway.
Looks like I'm going to watch this on mute..

I can't get into a woman doing play by play. I think Doris Burke is a great analyst though, mainly because she doesn't try too hard.

It's not that she's a woman. It's that she can't pronounce basic words correctly like "yards". She says "yerds". Once you notice it you can't get past it and it comes up about every other sentence since it is football.
