Very fair… But, I’ve watched almost every Bengals game and he seems to always shite the bed when it matters with terrible play calling, like the 3rd and 4th down play calls on the first drive.
The Bengals are 2-7 on the season in one score games. Same with Brian Kelly getting blamed for not finishing games. I’m not blaming Joe in Cincy.

What other HC is the OC? That’s the problem..

No, anything Burrow does well is solely him. Anything bad is because of Taylor

Bias aside, Joe Burrow is a top 5 quarterback in the league. Every top 5 quarterback to play the game has made their play caller look better.

The Bengals have an OC but Taylor calls plays like a lot of other coaches: Shanahan, Reid, Lafleur, O Connell, Macvey, etc..

Why did we call a TO after we got the sack on 2nd down, what’s the benefit?

I’m definitely not a Taylor fan (I think he’s a blundering fricking idiot) but the defense is definitely the issue with Cincy.

This should be a 16-10 game with the Bengals driving down to make it a 2 score game. Absolutely terrible decisions not to take the points on both those 4th downs.

He deserves credit for skipping a 48 yard field goal and going for it on 4th and 2 here in the 4th quarter. That probably won Cincy the game.
