9 Bodies in a Mexican Morgue - new show on MGM+

I assume the answer is no (
), but is anybody watching this new show on MGM+?
Basic premise is that there was a plane with ten people onboard (2 crew and 8 passengers) that crashes in Bumfrick, Mexico. And eventually a grave was found with 9 bodies in it, which means that one is still alive (i.e. one person was killing the rest). It premiered last weekend and the second episode aired last night.
I know there aren't many people who have MGM+ on cable, but I do know that some stream on it due to From. And as always, this is my chance to plug From and tell you to watch it immediately if you haven't ever seen it...it is excellent. Anyway, I decided to give this a shot since the only other MGM+ exclusive show I've ever watched is From and it is fricking awesome.
I enjoyed the first episode and plan to watch the second one tonight. Per Wiki it looks like there are only 6 episodes in this season (and I don't even know if it has been renewed or anything, so it may simply be a miniseries that is finished within those six episodes). The acting isn't great, but tolerable (and some are good). There was one annoying part where they shoehorned a political statement in, but it was basically a throwaway line and I assume they don't really revisit it since there isn't a need because these people are lost somewhere in the jungles of Mexico.
But it has a bit of a whodunit vibe, and reminds me a little bit of Harper's Island from back in the day, which I absolutely loved.
Anyway, if there is literally anybody else watching this, we can make this the season discussion thread. If I am the only one (which is my assumption), then I'll just go frick myself.

I plan to get around to it.
I do remember Harper’s Island fondly.

Watched the first episode last week. Enjoyed it enough to watch more.
Was it kind of dumb that they left the injured pilot outside by himself overnight? No one to even observe him following a primitive surgical procedure?

Harper's Island was campy and corny, but I adored it when it aired. It was just mindless, stupid fun.
This show has the same sort of vibe to it, albeit less campy as it's on an actual movie channel and not on CBS.
If you get around to it, please revisit this thread. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I didn't think it was that bad since half the plane was sleeping like 10-15 feet away from him. I did think it was a little odd they didn't put him closer to the fire though.

That whole angle with the ex-doctor was a little strange though. He had a very valid point of "I don't want to cut him open because we're in the jungle and he's most likely dead if I try." But everyone was shitting on him for not wanting to kill a man. Now, of course it worked out that he survived, but still.
Also, they are playing up the "there's someone in the trees" angle a little too hard for it to just be someone from the plane. But that's the basic premise though...that someone from the plane is killing people. So who knows. But there are already two dead, and four of the people are coupled up. So it's not terribly difficult to keep track of who is around or snooping or whatever.
I have a feeling it may end up being the solo girl traveler doing shite, but it's way too early to tell.
Hell, at this point I'm just glad I'm not the only person here who is watching it.

So the season finale of this was last night. Anybody in on the show at all, or any of the 1/2 people in here still watching?
I'll wait to see if anybody is watching before I type out my thoughts on it.
It' was a bit campy/silly, but all in all I enjoyed it. It was worth six episode of my time.

Anybody in on the show at all,
I never even looked at the preview, because I assumed it was a quasi-documentary about the cartel disappearing people. I will start tonight, so there will be five assholes here to discuss, not just you

Been watching. Not seen finale yet. Show seems to be dragging.
