Adam Sandler as Bob Dylan

Sandler certainly has the look down and can play guitar and sing and has recently proven he can do more than just comedies. Do you think this could work?

That is a pretty uncanny resemblance. If he can pull off the mumbling I think he might nail it.

Yeah, Sandler would nail it but Dylan must pass before the movie would be made.

I'm Not There was already made and it was a perfect and thoughtful depiction of Bob Dylan. There is no need for a Hollywood-friendly revamp simply because Adam Sandler resembles Dylan.

But I guess its not like Bob could really sing either. I'm not sure Adam could pull off the Dylan voice though.

I think he can pull it off.
But as a general rule, I don't think movies about revered public figures should be made while they're alive.
The promotional interviews when the actor talks about "yeah it was really an honor to meet Mr. So-and-so and I was so nervous what he would think..." always make me feel that the film's fullest potential for art was shied away from.
