Season 1 was kinda weak, but it quickly improved and found its stride while never really noticeably declining.

I still watch both but I agree. Family Guy occasionally has some good episodes, but some of the jokes have become cringe and stale.

Completely disagree on Season 1 being weak. Con Heir, Smith in Hand, Roger Codger, and Rough Trade are all fantastic.

I will fight about it. Family Guy was legitimate comedy. From the beginning to season 10ish was really good. Everything after that was steaming dog shite

One of my favorite jokes of all time is when they did a future episode where Stan is divorced & living alone with a cat.
Cat is trying shoot him self with Stan’s gun & Stan yells “hey I told you neither of us get to do that till I can afford a 2nd bullet!”
That was so depressing it was hilarious.
