Anyone else drop Paramount + because the service sucked so bad?

All my other streaming services work great and I have no issues. Hell even HBO Max has been pretty reliable as of late. P+ sucked from the start and I couldn't ever get through any movie or show without a buffering issue so I cancelled.
Has this been an issue for anyone else?

Nope, it works just as good as my other streaming services.

The service works, the catalogue is just so short it makes you think it must be broken

I never got it as it doesn’t have any content I really care about.
The most broken app is the ESPN app. It so frequently doesn’t work on my phone that it might as well not exist. On my playstation, it frequently glitches, having the picture frozen on an ad after the game returns from commercial break.

I have never had any issues with Paramount+. I even think the menu screens are smoother than most.
I second the opinion that ESPN is the worst.

Paramount + works great but we don't directly pay for it.
Paramount+, HBO max, Netflix, Apple TV, Starz, Showtime and Peacock whatever are all included in other services we have. I would actually cancel Netflix because of how poor the content has gotten or at least put it in rotation but it is "Free" with our phone plan.
Only thing we pay for directly is the Disney+ bundle, well and I guess amazon prime but we use prime for other things and it is a whopping $5 a month under the student discount.

Now that Love Island is moving to Peacock, there's no reason to keep the sub going until Evil S3.

Dropping it once I'm finished with The Offer

Never had any problems. I also let family borrow my account and they've never said anything. We've had problems with HBO and ESPN. We have Cox countour and it absolutely blows...so we started streaming through our smart tv and it helped tremendously.

Does anyone here have Jimbo Fisher's password? Nick won't return my calls anymore.

Yes. Poor service and poor variety of shows. Paramount has been around since 1912. You'd think they'd have tons of classic movies available.

Pretty sure they're one of the services that goes along with Roku's mandate to "need" a new Roku device every couple of years. Disney+ is another. As long as Roku keeps improving their interface with every new device, I don't mind.
As long as every moment of Star Trek is on one service, I'm keeping that service.

The app on my firestick would not work without buffering every 30 seconds... I then purchased thru amazon app on my TV and it works flawlessly now.

It's almost like they are trying to make it that bad. It is horrible. Not just the set up and buffering but you'll just be watching something and it completely blacks out or sends you to the home screen. Ordered the UFC fight a few weeks ago and just in the middle of the title fight it goes green for five seconds. I mean that's first world problems but it does annoy you when you pay $70 for one event, you'd think they'd have stupid bugs like that under control by now.

At this point I'm pretty sure the bugs in ESPN app are intentional, which is surprising considering how much content they put on streaming only.
