Watched the whole season and on the final “challenge” they had four people left.
For one special girl, the first challenged was rafting. She’s a professional white water rafter.
The next challenge this same girls team had to pick a five letter word to act as a code to unlock a box before continuing on. Just so happens her team calls her shark and there was an entire segment on how that nickname meant so much to her in the previous episodes. The passcode was SHARK.
Then the final obstacle was to decipher morse code. The girl and her team just so happened to have Morse code tats.
This girl paddled a weak attempt across a lake, then gingerly trotted through the woods and was gift wrapped $250,000 because the producers of this show for some reason made sure of it.
The whole season was full of these types of moments but this last episode was too obvious not to rant about somewhere lol
Anyone else on earth watch that crap?

I think you are being too silly here. If Jake thinks of his son's first name, his oldest son, whose name is five letters, then he wins going away.
Yes the producers manipulated the show, they all do, but Jake would have won if he only thought of his kid's name that has five letters in it, same as the combination lock.

“Survivor Type”?
You had my attention. The Creepshow version was good, albeit animated. I need a live action adaptation, damnit!

Haley didn’t think to say her family members either. Why not? Why shark immediately?

I enjoyed the season. Was pulling for Haley over Jake at the end.
I like how it wasn’t just a “survive” in the woods the longest

Because that was a word with special meaning within the three friends.
The morse code was zero advantage, it isn't like any of them actually knew morse code.
While I disliked her team she was a legit winner in the scenario that was setup. The guy that would have won it had it been a more straight forward survival show got pulled out by his team because they couldn't deal with the HQ issues.
Just on a performance basis I couldn't argue with any of the final four. They and their teams performed well. Jake was the favorite going in but Haley overcame more than any of the final four.

Yeah I wasn’t a fan of Haley’s team but also wasn’t a fan of one of the dudes on Jake’s team either. Wasn’t exactly a big fan of one of the guys on Woody’s team too
I think this show has a lot of potential. I want a few more obnoxious 19 year olds who think they have life figured out next season, that was wildly entertaining early on.

I'm more pissed at Ryan's family who were cowards and pulled him out of it, when he was probably doing the best out of any contestants.
I hope he gets a chance at redemption in another season and picks different people in HQ lol. I'll volunteer to be one of those people.
Side note:
Meagan is from Mandeville, she is trainer at Pelican Athletic Club as well and my wife ran into her a few weeks ago and had a chat with her, seemed really nice and said she lost 25lbs and would never do it again. I don't even know how she had 25lbs to lose, must have been mostly muscle!

Meagan grew up and is from Baton Rouge. She lives in Mandeville now.
