OK, it's one single play. It can be an individual or team play. No recreation of a play that really happened. Has to be a fictional sports play.

My candidates:

The Triple Lindy: Back to School

The Crane: The Karate Kid

Roy Hobbes "Lights Out Home Run": The Natural

Flying Duck V from Mighty Ducks.

(sorry if that's not the correct name. It's been over 20 years since I've seen it.)

The minute and twenty second one yard run at the end of the original Longest Yard.

The one where Burt Reynolds runs to the goal line, and instead of putting the ball over, he turns and runs back around the line so that he can jump over the scrum to score in style.

Bennie "The Jet" Rodriguez hits a ball directly into Smalls' glove. That shite's impressive.

First one I thought of.

The Last Boy Scout deserves a mention.

I know it has been proven that people on the team couldn’t stand Rudy but the end where he sacks the QB was a pretty awesome movie moment.
