I've only watched about the first hour of it but I don't like it so far. There was one funny scene. ONE.

with that cast it's hard to imagine that this wouldn't be any good

That is a weird arse movie because it is for the most part a comedy but I seem to recall at one point there is a freaking date rape.
Date rape is not exactly what I call comedy. Seems like the script writer didn't really know where he wanted to go with the tone of the film.
IMDB lists this movie as Comedy / Romance.
Yeah nothing spells romance better than rape.

This is the first I have ever heard of this movie. That being said, I would guess that a movie called Bong Water is one in which you would need to be pretty well baked yourself before watching it.

i found it by accident and attempted to watch it. very random and it was so bad i had no idea what was going on but it was pretty late. i'm pretty sure it sucked

Jack Black did not have a big role. But he was 100% Jack Black. He was as annoying as possible in his limited screen time.
I actually didn't mind the movie until the freaking out of nowhere rape.
