So one part I never understood about BB was the informant relationship between the Dea and Krazy 8.
Has their been any hint at BCS explaining this?

I don't know, but I was glad when he got choked out. Probably the most boring and useless character in the first part of the show.

Hank says in one episode that Krazy 8 would snitch on his competition, and then move in on their territory and take their place. Also. when Hank and Gomez search Krazy 8's car in the desert. Hank discovers the meth behind the stereo and Gomez says, "You thinking what I'm thinking? Somebody croaked our snitch."
At the time, I thought he was referring to Emilio because he was caught during the raid in the pilot episode and he seemed to be set free very quickly, but it's also possible that he meant Krazy 8.

Interesting but why his own partner/cousin? Or maybe he was trying to get Jesse and that's why Emilio got out so easy

I think Karzy has only been in one BCS when he was paying Nacho and he was short. I could be wrong though.

he was also in season three of BCS when Nacho Varga beat his arse after he came up short (after Hector Salamanca gave nNcho crap for letting him off).
