She's basically a selfish whore.

Scours NYC for the last of the Sponges and gobbles them up.

Exiled the Soup Nazi back to Argentina just because he wouldn't let her act like an arse in line, depriving all New Yorkers of that delicious soup.

She steals a neighbors dog and drops him off in the wild in upstate NY because she's missing her beauty sleep.

George spends a lot of money on his new hair and he likes it and girls like it but Elaine doesn't like it so she rips it off his head and throws it out the window. All about her.

She ditches her friends for life in an instant for another group of friends but when they wouldn't put up with her selfish behavior, she ditches them too.

Peterman buys a $29,000 piece of cake from the wedding of the Duke and Duuchess of Windsor and Elaine eats it because she needs something sweet right then.

She breaks up with Tony immediately after his rock climbing incident because it ruined his face.

If her co-workers complain about germs, she coughs all over their stuff...because it's all about her.

Because she's selfish, Elaine doesn't notice Babu's Visa application when she's collecting Jerry's mail and gets him deported back to Pakistan.

Her date/boyfriend is in a car accident but instead of rushing over to see if he's okay, Elaine buys Jujyfruits.

Runs Peterman Co. into the ground because she won't listen to anybody but herself.

She lies constantly about everything and they have to get her drunk to tell the truth about anything.

And she seems to either advertently or inadvertently mess up the other characters lives because of her selfishness.

But that’s the point. All the characters in Seinfeld are a bunch of selfish assholes that don’t care about anyone but themselves. There’s a reason they all end up in jail. They’re all completely out of their minds. It’s Always Sunny drew inspiration from that recognizing how despicable the Seinfeld characters were and took it up to 11.
