Some restaurants have chive tv on and my kids love it. Is there a way to get it at home? I googled and it said channel 1331 on Samsung plus. However, I don't have that option. Any ideas? Thanks.

try to find the Xumo app on any smart tv or streaming device hooked up to your tv. it is suppose to be available on all streaming devices (except Apple TV) and all smart TVs.
CHIVE TV is also available on LG Channels Plus if you own an LG TV. Once you download and open Xumo, simply look for the CHIVE TV channel.
