Too bad we don't have a more recent "before" picture of him. If he still looked like the picture on the left why would he get surgery?
Whoever made that pic up stretched the whole thing vertically. Plastic surgery wouldn't ad length to his forehead and chin,
This is probably more what he currently looks like.
If he had a facelift, why didn't they get rid of the double chin? He needs to grow a beard. The little bit of mustache he had in that before pic might cover up the still elongated top lip. Having a beard might make his bottom lip look thinner.
ETA: His eyes are slits in that first pic. If he smoked weed, they might get back that way.

He does have a long face, but not as bad as the first pic.
They must have just asked him about his young girlfriend to get him to smile like that. Those cheeks make him look like Howdy Doody.
ETA: Is that a Moses doll over his left shoulder?

Plastic surgery is one of the most aptly named things on the planet. It makes people look like melted plastic.
