Did Family Guy sneak a naked Lois into a season 4 episode?

Just watched the episode Deep Throats (S4E23) on Cartoon Network. There a shot with Lois and Peter naked on the couch, but not with quite the usual folding of the limbs to conceal genitals.
It kind of looks allowable if you just glance at it, but it definitely looks like a shaved pussy to me. I guess the MPA and Cartoon Network were okay with it, though, since it's been going out over the air for years.
