She's average. She's what the good looking brunette sidekick to the hottest in high school turned out to be.
Women aging is tough. I know girls 42 who still look 21-22 and some the same age that look like they could be my parents. Some people age well.
But the worst thing an actress can do is change their look. Meg Ryan and Jennifer Grey are examples of this.
