Does Julian come back for Season 11 of TPB? (Possible Spoilers)

Just finished S10 of Trailer Park Boys on Netflix a day or two ago. Damn, that was one of the sadder episodes of tv I've seen in a while. I guess the deal Julian made with Barb was that he would leave if she didn't sell the park? I don't see how he stays gone for good though, I mean he's one of the show's creative directors and it just seems like there would be nothing but mindless criminal activity without him and no real storyline.

Anyway, here's to hoping Freedom 55 serves the boys better than 35 and 45 did in the next season!
