Dukes Of Hazard.....Rosco P. Coltrane

I remember watching this show, and then my parents would watch Dallas right after. I loved the Duke boys, but I think my attention was distracted by Daisy in her daisy dooks lol.
Boss Hog was definitely an interesting character, but my favorite had to be Rosco. I loved how inept he was lol, as a cop(Well, sheriff). I watch "Cops" whenever it's on, or I watch "Live Pd". So it got me thinking, could there realistically be any cops or sheriff's as clumsy as Rosco, in real life? Anyone meet any? I guess it would be a bad but lol good thing too to get pulled over by one.
Along with that, feel free to share any cop stories.

The former Police Chief of Grand Isle was named Rosco. He wasn’t near as funny as the Sheriff of Hazard County

I know a guy who ran for Sheriff a few years back. Had he won, he would have been a Roscoe.
