Best unmasking of all time? :50 second mark. The scene at the end with Dr Loomis looking over the rail and down on the ground knowing he is still out there is one of the best ever made IMO

I must be desensitized to all of the violence of modern horror films. I went back and watched the OG Halloween about 4 years ago and was not impressed.

Seeing what the crew did on a shoestring budget via Movies That Made Us? That was impressive.

Reminds me of just a slasher film. Him just following her around is creepy.

He definitely looks like a Gump fan without the mask lol. I saw something once about them shooting a lot of it in a California neighborhood in summer and having bags of leaves that they'd pour out to make it look like fall.

Lol that guy who played unmasked Michael Myers was only in that one 5 second scene, but for that last 40 years goes to conventions and tricks people into thinking he was the original Myers in the first movie (Nick Castle played Myers the entire movie sans this 5 second scene)

They weren’t even leaves, they were pieces of colored paper

what's funny is he's the one "unmasked" in the 2018/2021 movies.
