Sort of a spinoff.

By all accounts, these shows are all day affairs. I actually looked into attending a filming of Beat Bobby Flay while family was in NYC and they say to plan to be there for at least 8 hours and as noted in the other thread, Chopped can go up to 14 hours in a day.

That said, an "unedited" - or more accurately "uncensored" - version of these shows would be a hoot. You know some of these competitors have absolute meltdowns while cooking and especially in response to the judges.

Ratings gold.

There are some unedited Hell's Kitchen videos on YouTube where they show just the cooking part and it is pretty good and not all hollering and "come on guys!".

Gordan Ramsey once admitted that HK is all show and if he acted that way with his real staff they would all quit within 5 minutes.
