Everyone is going to mention Barry and Peacemaker because they're really good. A few other less obvious choices:
Tacoma FD - solid sitcom from the guys that did Super Troopers.
Warrior - good Martial Arts Western
Gilded Age - if you liked Downton Abbey at all, this is New Money vs. Old Money in New York during the Robber Baron era.
