i was flipping around disney+ and noticed Homeland was available on there, i started a rewatch and noticed commercials present, yuck. i then thought ill do my rewatch on showtime which i get through paramount+. But i couldn’t and still can’t find Homeland anywhere on showtime. i go to my reelgood app to see where i can find it to see if im going crazy and it shows disney+ and hulu as the only places to watch it.
The show is great but im not sure i want to do a rewatch with commercials, not to mention why the frick it isn’t on showtime anymore? i can’t find an explanation anywhere online, does anyone here know why it left showtime?

quote:

"Homeland" is available on Hulu because of licensing agreements between Hulu and the show's distributor, which allows them to stream the series to their subscribers; originally, "Homeland" aired on Showtime, but streaming rights for the show are now also available on platforms like Hulu and Disney+.

Funny, I'm doing a rewatch right now myself. I had to renew my Hulu subscription to get it b/c that's the only service that carries from what I could tell. Signed up for their Black Friday deal of $2.99 a month, but with commercials. The commercials are about to kill me.

Good to know, wouldn't mind doing a rewatch. S1 is up there with the absolute best television ever produced.
