I don't ever remember seeing this, but I have to imagine they paid a pretty penny for it.

I remember the 60-second ad with all of them that's near the end of the video.
That said, when it comes to beloved-TV-show=reunion commercials, this one from 1993 was much better.

FYI the brilliant standup Robert Klein was offered the role of Trapper John on the series, but turned it down b/c he didn't want to live in L.A.
Re the movie James Garner was offered Hawkeye, and Burt Reynolds was offered a part (I presume Duke).
