Im surprised Hollywood hasnt tried to remake the Police Academy movies.

They were great 80s movies. Tackleberry, Hightower, Motormouth Jones, Proctor.

Why remake them? Just continue the series with Steve Guttenberg forced to work as the police academy commandant as punishment for screwing up an important political event for the governor.
